Studix is a compact wall-mounted desk developed in response to the evolving needs of contemporary living and home working. The project explores how furniture can adapt to smaller spaces without compromising functionality or visual clarity.

 

Designed with flexibility, precision, and ease of use in mind, the drop-front system allows the desk to transition seamlessly between working and living modes. Its multifunctional approach supports compact environments while maintaining a minimal and refined visual presence.

 

Careful attention to proportions, materials, and colour combinations creates a balance between practicality and sophistication. The project was awarded First Prize in the Smart Category for its successful integration of functionality, adaptability, and contemporary design.

 

Particular focus was also placed on the project’s visual identity, ensuring the imagery and presentation reflected the same sense of clarity, functionality, and contemporary character embodied in the design itself.
